“Awesome food! Everything we have eaten here has been amazing!“

“A few months ago, my wife and I went back to our home towns visiting friends and family in Charleston, West Virginia, and the surrounding areas. We visited our favorite old restaurants, and we found some really awesome new ones, including “The Pitch”. The atmosphere included an awesome view of the playing fields, a bar with the ingenious cooling system to keep your desired beverage cooled, and lots of rustic up-cycling of materials original to building. This establishment is operated by young entrepreneurs with old souls and an excellent pallet for understanding the wants and needs of hungry fans and patrons. We tasted brussels sprouts with a flavor that was definitely missing from my childhood. Who likes brussels sprouts, I ask you. We also enjoyed burgers, homemade chips encrusted with a heavenly sprinkle of Pitch Dust, Sandwiches, and Salads, not to mention a huge list of beers on tap.
Not only was the food delicious, you felt right at home here. Emerson, our waitress, was undeniably the best waitress to ever serve food to us, along with co-workers Kobe and sous chef Bishop. They were proud of the food they were serving and knew we were enjoying it (empty plates tell their own story). This was true of all staff who served us during our adventures. Needless to say, we went back several times during our stay. We enjoyed the experience so much, we can’t stop talking about it and, are now in the process of making a few more return trips to this establishment in the very near future.

“I order from this Domino's weekly. I've given them 5 star reviews multiple times and told several people this is the best location in Charleston. Unfortunately, lately, they have been slacking. I don't know if it's new management, new employees or what the issue is but it's unfortunate. I hate leaving negative reviews, having worked in food service for many years, but if there's room for improvement I feel the store should know. I've had either a severe topping shortage, missing toppings all together, to overcooked-almost to the point of burnt - tots, chicken, or pizza. I feel like there's no excuse for missing ingredients; there's literally a check list of what the customer wants in their order. The rule of thumb I always followed when working with others food is make it like you would want it. If you wouldn't be happy receiving the order you're putting out, why are you ok sending it out? I will continue to order from here because they do have a good history, they are close by, and I love some Dominos but just be mindful it might not be up to expectations.“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

Parking: Parking is extremely steep and gritty. Stear clear if your car sits low.“

“The size states 14 inch for a large. Nope, not true, just about 10 inches. The pizza is slimy and gooey, absolutely disgusting. Save your money, will never purchase again. I do not recommend this pizza.🤮“

“We ordered directly from their website with ease, there was a tech problem on their end and they called to resolve it promptly. The food was delivered to our hotel door, warm and delicious. It’s been our best meal while traveling for 4 days. Baked spaghetti and Bacon sandwich huge portions too!“

“Honestly the best pizza place around, not because there Pizza is the best it's good but nothing crazy. What makes this place different is the staff.

The delivery driver drove to me not once, not twice, but 3 times to ensure that we got my son's pizza box.

My son has a few special needs. Basically it meant a lot to him that we supported him by getting him HIS pizza box that he made for a school fundraiser. The delivery driver made damn sure we did too, there were some mixups back at the store which totally makes sense I am sure they were slammed, not complaining, but praising how on what must have been a hectic night the driver and the staff made sure we got that darn box.

We usually get the same driver who drives a truck and is husky not sure his name, but my kids love him. He always is friendly, just a super cool human being.

Anyways just saying that the staff at this store is top notch and if there Upper management does not give them a reward in the next 30 days they should be fired and hire new upper management. Lol halfway joking but I will check in to make sure they got some kudos for making box night a success at least at my house. If you guys did not do anything for them, I will. I will also give them the option to get a new job where they will be appreciated at another local place as I know a good bit of GM's in this area.“

“1st visit to Charleston, and after a 6 hour drive, we wanted to visit the Capital Market & enjoy a late lunch. We sat at the bar, and Hailey was our bartender. She is wonderful, service was fantastic, and our food was delicious. As far as the rest of dining experience, we packed up our food to go because of bar guests. LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, and their conversation was totally inappropriate (which wasn't private because one gentleman was loud enough for entire restaurant to hear). We wanted to complain, and also ask them to quiet down, but to our surprise we found out he is one of the owners (by over hearing his conversation). I wanted to really enjoy this establishment, read really good reviews prior to going. Now, I really hope someone reads this and finds a way to fix it.“

“I did the worst thing a manger could possibly do to another manager - I placed a relatively large order right as they opened on Black Friday to feed a sales staff of 40. The manager Jesus got started on it right away and when I called just 30 minutes later to ask for an ETA, he told me that the order was actually already complete!

When I got there, he helped me carry everything out and even provided plates, forks, and napkins without me having to ask!

Everything was fresh, correct, delicious, and fast! I appreciate the efficient service and we will definitely be ordering from here in the future (with more notice next time!).“

“This Little Caesars has the best food and crew. I went through drive thru and got the new pretzel crust pizza and I love it. There are a lot of amazing people that work there. Shout to amazing work and in my opinion, y'all go above and beyond: Jess, Ryan, Alicia, Grace, Pat, Jeremy, Todd, Paul, Shelby and I think that's everyone that's still there that I know.
