“There was a mixup in the time my order was to be delivered to my workplace... my fault. I thought I was placing an order for 11:30 the next morning but turns out it popped up on the restaurant's computer as "deliver now" .... but it was 10pm and obviously no one was there. Long story short, I felt terrible and wanted to somehow make it right. But no, the good people at the Elkins papa John's assured me not to worry, put the pizza in a nearby "blessing box" where hungry people can enjoy it, and promised to remake my order and deliver it again in the morning. They wouldn't take any more money and were as nice as could be. Kudos to the delivery person, manager and owner for outstanding customer service. I goofed but they just kindly took care of it. Impressive! I am definitely a loyal customer!!“

“I stopped in here many moons ago and the place was packed and they had no 'Hot and Ready' ready so I left. I saw the ad for those Crazy Puff deals and decided to stop in. Lady running front was very nice and told me it would be about 10 mins. I said no problem. I got the cheese steak ones. The box is small so when she handed it to me I was not expecting much and they are small but only $3.99 so can't expect much. Although small they are really tasty. I would get them again for sure. I know a lot of people slag on Little Caesars but I like their products.“
