“A lone employee, Karista, was bravely handling 5 customers’ orders with no other help, in addition to having double duty from the previous employee who left her duties undone!! She deserves a raise and promotion to corporate trainer. She was poised, expedient, courteous, and apologetic for the wait created by the lack of adequate staffing. The manager needs to be on-site to support the local staff who have to put up with short-sighted penny pinching staffing.“
