“Pizza was fresh and well made! It was busy and my order took longer than expected (based on email) but cashier was transparent and showed me where I was on their tracker. Staff were friendly and it’s the cleanest Dominos I’ve ever been in! And the store was appropriately staffed for a busy Friday night!“

“I travel all over the country for work and ended up in Hagerstown for a job. Luckily found this place and all the bartenders and owners are the best. They made me feel totally welcome and at home. The regulars that come here made me feel the same. The food is limited but what they have is fantastic. If you are ever in this area you would cut your self short if you don't come here and let them know you are from out of town because before you leave you will feel like you are part of the family here.“

“I love dominos apps! They are like the best apps as far as the chain pizza delivery game goes. Any way I called this location in Shepherdstown and I got the most kind and humble man named Daniel taking care of my delivery order over phone. His customer service is great he is a very kind gentleman. You killed it bud thank you .“

This location for some reason made it very thing and hardly any sauce however other locations have made it better so not a Ledos issue, a cook improvement? The fact that they don’t fill your cup up until you get there to pick it up is amazing!“

“Ordered around 530 in the evening. I arrived to pick up pizza. Those guys were slammed busy. The guy at the window was extremely courteous and was doing a great job with all that was going on. I had to wait a whole 5 minutes, which I thought was awesome considering how busy it was. Thanks so much for having great staff!!!!“

“Nicest papa John’s I’ve ever been to! We live a little ways from here and this is the closest one to us, so whenever we’re craving papa John’s we go here. They truly go above and beyond for their customers and they have amazing manners and are always so kind. And can’t forget that the pizza always tastes amazing as well as the other menu items they sell!!“

“Okay, I normally like Domino's. Ordered three pizza's, two with extra mushrooms. They put on very few mushrooms and they were all piled in the center on both pizzas, I had them make the pizzas again. On the 2nd round, they put an excellent number of mushrooms all over, it was beautiful. However, they forgot the steak on one pizza, so I had to wait again while they made another pizza. 45 minutes from start to finish and I finally got the correct pizzas. The only reason I didn't give them a 2 or 3 stars is because they were incredibly apologetic.“
