Slow service, rude employees that acted like we were an inconvenience by being there. Buns on the food were rock hard. Cashier wouldn’t give sauces without paying for them since we didn’t say we needed them when we ordered a chicken strip meal.
6/29 at 6:56pm - The young lady was pleasant, happy, polite and attentive. It was great service and she should be commended.
Nobody in dining area other than a family, eating their food. Walked right up and ordered 2 sundaes. Sat down with our order number thingy. Waited. Waited. Waited. Ten or 15 minutes later went up to counter and asked about our order. The sundaes were sitting right there. They said they were busy. Could you have called out “number 20”???!! We would have walked up and got the sundaes. Use some common sense!!!!!
