Hilarious! They refuse to do a pup in a cup... So be it. But, they actually refused to SELL me a drink with whip, hold the drink lol. What's up with all the dog haters out there? Weird.
Sat in line for the longest time before anyone even said anything to us. Once we got to the window, our order was right there sitting and it took 20 MINUTES for someone to finally come to the window to finally hand it to us. Never going back.
Went today and it was pretty busy so decided to go inside. Brittany was single handily running the store. Helping everyone she could (seems to be a few new people still learning) lady in the drive thru being super rude about a promo that wasn’t applied (employees have zero control over the POS system when this happens) but she was nice enough to give a discount to try to help fix the situation.
