“Got up to the counter and the person working was actually building some other sandwiches, for himself. Never said hold on just a minute or anything. I got one of those new protein wraps and they wouldn't let me add all the veggies I wanted. Said the rap wasn't big enough but yet I had an overabundance of wrap with my sandwich. It tasted good but it would have been a lot better with the garden in it“

“Stopped in with 4 kids on our way to a Ohio. The lady at the register provided the best customer service! Food was quick and fresh and brought right to our table. We spilled a drink and she was wonderful in helping us clean up without making us feel like we were trouble.“

After speaking with the manager of the store he explained that there has been issues with the website and app changing the selected details of the order.

The crew members are now being coached by the manager to ensure the quality of service. To properly coat the wings with the rub or sauce. To make sure the crust is correct.

The manager has been very responsive and has remade the pizza for me. The crust was delicious and I do love a good cheese pull. Thank you for quickly addressing the issues and for making my pizza for me. Thank you for the nostalgia. My kids enjoyed it.

For Mother’s Day I wanted a Super supreme pizza. I got a meat lovers with jalapeño peppers. Not only was this pizza the wrong toppings. It was a thin crust. I paid extra for a pan crust. I paid extra for the topping I wanted. Their chicken wings were all flats except for one.

The chicken tasted like you do not get orders often for that particular item. The wings tasted as though no effort was put in this seasoning being applied. did you not want to make the dough for a pan pizza or are you used to just assuming your Customer will accept your lack of effort? I have not made a review in a long time since moving to West Virginia.

You have inspired me to actually leave a review. There is a reason why the Little Caesars has so much business. This is why Pizza Hut is pretty much bankrupt. Consistency and quality is everything. I wouldn’t even care if the crew was rude if my food was fantastic and what I paid for. I was so disappointed I didn’t take pictures of the pizza. Which is not normal for me as a foodie.

It is astounding how the employees of a business can destroy it from the inside out. This is the reason why pizza Huts are closing. This is why yum! brands is scrambling to figure out if this loved and classic restaurant can be saved. the lack of pride for the job that you applied for is disheartening.

“It's a Wendy's, it's got a freestyle soda machine which is nice. Only left the review because the woman working the front register at around 6 pm on 5/3/26 was doing a very good job. She was very polite, and she was even bringing people's food out to them instead of calling the order number. I didn't catch her name“

“It was awful! Was lucky to have like 1 pickle, a small strip of an onion on the burger. Was not given any ketchup or napkins. The chocolate milk was in a container you push a “adjustable “ straw into & you still could not drink it. Will never go back!“

“We were lost in WV after a huge highway accident caused us to sit for over 3 hours in traffic before we could detour. We were tired, hot, angry, and starving. We passed this Taco Bell and decided to stop for some comforting junk food- After all, we deserved it after our ordeal LOL :) The guy taking our order was very friendly, and our order was quick, correct, and was the HOTTEST fast food I think I've ever gotten! Quick and prompt. We had a great lunch on the go and she even cut it in half for us! Wonderful employee Subway! “Once you get past the price of the food that's sub par and actually get your food and try to set somewhere and have fight the sea of either addicts or addicts bc that seems to be all that's there. So to recap atmosphere is unsafe food is 2nd grade service is cold at best and price is triple what it should be“
