“Did not expect much from a gas station subway location. Stopped in and did not get much of a welcome but the staff ended up being g extremely helpful and polite. The bread was freshly baked and veggies were crisp.

Stay away from Cinnabon churro - it was not cooked. Not sure it’s an issue with this location or the product from subway/cinnabon.“

“We live about 300 miles from this long John’s but it’s at our halfway point between our home and our destination in TN - we go a few times a year. This is our go-to stop.

The staff, especially the manager, are amazing and consistently kind to us. We travel with two young children (3 and u see) and they always are so accommodating. The bathroom’s clean and fully stocked, too.

It seems silly, but I look forward to our stop at this location every trip! Keep up the good work!“

“I had a good experience, the lady that took our order so joyful , she was in such great spirit and was so nice she is a person that you would want to keep around. She was smiling she greeted everyone with pleasure and it was good to go to fast food place and have good service . You can’t go too many places and get that but the lady who took our order she was perfect. I will come back to Visit on my way back and hope she is working. And the kitchen crew was also so good and it didn’t take long at all for our food. It was very clean in there to thanks to you all.“

“This is the best Arby's in Raleigh County, WV. It really puts all of the other ones to shame. The staff was extremely courteous and my food was hot and crispy - like it should be. I notice a lot of the other ones pre make everything and it is not fresh at all. This one makes everything fresh and it is so appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you.“

“The receipt shows that I ordered my food to eat inside the restaurant at 12:26. I received my food at 12:50. That’s 24 minutes. When the server put my tray on the table I asked her if anyone at the drive thru had waited that long for their food. A manager came over (Amelia) and explained that a cook had failed to drop some chicken and that’s why my order was so delayed. In fact she went out of her way to apologize and even brought me a fresh meal on my way out the door. I went from leaving a negative review to leaving a positive review. Everyone makes mistakes. Own it, apologize and move forward. Now, I feel I need to put these restaurants on notice. They prioritize the drive thru and the dine in traffic suffers. Stop doing this, please. My dollar spends elsewhere as well.“

I complained and they made me a new one ...and it was fantastic. So I went away satisfied...but wishing it had been made properly the first time. Overall, the experience was good...our orders were filled quickly and accurately.“

Lady taking orders ignored me for 5 mins just stared at me like I was stupid then after standing there looking dumb for 5 mins or longer she decided to tell me she was just waiting on me and that she had to take my order thru drive thru side and while rushing my order out of me she then mid order decided to inform me that the lobby closes at 10 mind you had she taken my order when I had walked in I would have had time to dine in
I felt like she didn't want to clean up after us then proceeded to ask if I wanted to donate
Absolutely not after being treated like I'm a inconvenience for you to take my order and unwanted inside I will not donate
I will say that there was a lady in the back working that I had to ask for sauces and I apologized for asking she was nice smiled at me and said no apology necessary

Yeah, I can change my child in the car, but it's uncomfortable for them since our trunk is full and they're out growing laying down on a seat.Also, the highway sign said there was a play place (not McDonald's fault really), but it's updated facility so there is not a play place.“

“Went to visit grandson and great grandchildren brought them Wendy's which they choose. My chicken Asiago was so so good. Hunny loved his baconator. Grandson loved baconator and great kids lived the nuggets fries. Oh yeah I tried the mint Frosty chocolate it was ok. We live a hour from a Wendy's. Oak Hill WV employees great and service“

“This was my favorite place to eat from here to NC,that i travel weekly and before closing one night the team was gathered around the window where i was tryn to wait on my order but a guy comes to the window and said sry we have to wait 20mins till we can get the ice cream to be fresh out of the bacon wrapped machine i didn't under stand he then explained the bacon was cooled from the ice cream in a special machine that would take 20mins so i said k ill go to the gas station and be back in 20mins so as i pull back in i notice there are no lights on and nobody in the store so he just lied to me to keep from making my milkshakes but that fine cuz i was spending over 300 a week there so somebody will feel the lose of me never eating there ever again!!! “Ive read some of the reviews on here that are bad and I feel like this location gets more bad reviews for stupid stuff than it should. I am die hard qdoba guy and because of this I know which locations to avoid and which ones I love. I travel for work a lot. Work recently has me in west virginia and I have been to this location MULTIPLE times before writing this review. Every time I have been in, the staff are nothing but kind and professional, my food is prepared immediately, the diner is clean and most importantly, they always have food and cookies. Some locations (not in west virginia) have had the OPPOSITE of everything I listed so I can confidently say this is a really good location!! Give these peeps a raise! Definitely coming back!!“
