“If you enjoy Laury’s in Charleston, WV, you will love it here! It is downtown, so I was worried about parking, but we easily found a spot on the street nearby. Our waiter, Brian, was really great. Our salads and the bread…so good. We both ordered the filet mignon, between the two of us we had their roasted potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, and the baked macaroni and cheese. Just incredible. And their crème brûlée was also delicious. The dining area has low lighting and a cozy atmosphere. The building is really cool. Very nice place; especially for special evenings.“

“We recently moved to the area and just found this gem! We have been there twice in a week! The burgers and shakes are amazing!! Our little one had nuggets and the bbq sauce is something else!!! “We had never been here before, nor did we know that it even existed! Went for a friend's birthday and it definitely did the job! They accommodated 12 people very quickly and professionally! The staff was super friendly and helpful for first timers like us. The drinks came out excellent (I recommend the blueberry cider if you can have alcohol) and the food was hot, fresh and delicious!! “So my wife and I were driving home from Wilmington NC, when I got that feeling of hunger where you feel famished. I exit off the highway and head towards the steak n shake since it's been 10 years since I last ate at one. Oue hostess took our order and was as pleasant as a southern woman can be. She literally made you feel welcome. Our orders were cooked to perfection. She checked on us as we ate, in which I cracked a joke. Would absolutely recommend that anybody stop in here. Will definitely make it a stop during my road trips.“

“Bombshells is always a great experience! Very pleased with all of the details: the service, food is delicious, huge portions (always have food leftover to take home). They have a new arcade room in the back. Kept the kids busy during our short wait for our food and then we all played a little after we ate. We love Bombshells!“

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

“I visited Dairy Queen and only tried their desserts. I ordered a soft-serve ice cream and a Banana Split, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The ice cream was incredibly creamy, smooth, and pleasantly sweet — definitely not icy or artificial tasting. The Banana Split was perfectly made, with fresh fruit and well-balanced toppings that didn’t overpower the flavor. Honestly, it’s one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff was friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to satisfy a sweet craving and enjoy a really good treat.

Nothing will ever be done or reported on this situation. Terrible to see and hear this when trying to enjoy a meal inside. This occured at McDonalds on rt 60 Ashland.“
