“Best food ever! I was in town two days and ate dinner there both nights! I had the Big Veg Burger one night and the Creamy Coco Ramen Bowl the 2nd night. Best dishes I ever ate! I am not a huge dessert person but HAD to have the oat milk ice cream both nights! I had chocolate one night and vanilla the 2nd night. Yummy! Super quaint, fresh food, awesome company, and loved talking to Ben and others. They run an awesome business! Wish I had this restaurant in Indiana! I highly recommend! Thank you guys! I ordered the sizzling beef with a side of white rice, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly marinated and incredibly moist. My boyfriend opted for the beef stew, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We were also pleasantly surprised by a delightful side salad that complemented our meals perfectly. One unexpected highlight was trying a soda pop with lime; it’s definitely a game-changer compared to the usual lemon! The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Martinsburg Thai Restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying lunch experience!”

“We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. The kitchen was impressive—getting fresh, delicious food out in less than 10 minutes with smiles all around. I complimented someone from the kitchen, smiling they proudly responded, ‘thank you, breaking records!’ I loved that! As the sun set, the fire pits were lit, and an employee started selling s’mores kits, personally chatting with each group at the fire pits. The heaters under the pavilion were a cozy touch. It all wrapped up with a friendly send-off from the door holder! Such a delightful experience.”

“Idk how but I was already following your page. My hubby and I stopped in today and had a Americano and Cortado. They were hands down some of the best coffee beverages we’ve had in months. We coupled our drinks with a croissant sandwich with egg and bacon & pumpkin muffin bites. The sandwich was huge, flavorful and filling, while the muffins were moist and delicate. Great job everyone involved in this operation. We will go out of our way to visit again.”

“Visiting family and this was a welcomed surprise for Mexican restaurant options. We ordered the Sopes with chicken, quesadilla, tacos, chips and queso, it was fantastic! The food was on par with some of the taquerias in California I have tried. We will definitely be back. Clean and colorful restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Since moving from San Diego California to Charles Town in early 2000s I always missed the abundant access to local fresh Mexican food; near impossible to find the same un-Americanized style in the Jefferson County area. When I stumbled across Ortega’s and then finding out the Ortega family was from my old stomping grounds, I felt like I struck gold. Being a local boutique pepper grower I was able to share peppers with Ortega’s from Jalapeños to Chocolate Habaneros. I’m a burrito lover and will ask to change up the carne asada burrito by removing most of the rice and beans and adding more carne to closer match the Taco/Burrito shops in San Diego of straight carne. The also make one of my fav if you lucky enough to find packaged in the counter fridge “escabeche” Mexican Pickled Jalapeño and Carrots (Jalapeño y zanahorias en escabeche). Ortega’s to truly a gem of Charles Town so please stop in and give them a try, I wish the Ortega’s team many more years of success! ”

“Went there for the first time today; the coffee is delicious!!!! Blueberry muffin was rather large so I took my time eating it. I love how friendly the place is and feels. I’m hoping to learn about volunteer opportunities at some point. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back.”
