“I just wanted to take the time out of my day to say thank you to Brandy an employee at the McDonald's in Spring Mills she ran the show and did it very well with a smile on her face and a great sense of what customer service is supposed to be keep up the good work!!!! And since she's doing everyone's job she might as well be promoted and given a hell of a raise also. If only higher up people recognized what a true blue amazing employee really was.. instead of promoting lazy, bare minimum employees for management. Brandy is the true definition of what customer service was should be and she should be used as an example for people who work in the industry and have no sense of what their job entails.“
“Just left here after getting my order, they were extremely busy with both inside and drive through service, honestly I’m writing this because there was an old Karen who absolutely flipped out on all the associates including the manager simply because she hadn’t gotten her drink within 60 seconds of getting her food. It was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. The manager handled the situation with absolute professionalism. They were all working very hard and I just wanted to thank the associates who were present tonight for being so kind to us and apologize for the experience they endured.“
“I just want to give credit where it's due. Today at about 7:45 pm I went through the drive thru, and a young man named John was working the speaker/cash window. He couldn't have been more helpful and polite. He was a good guy. Very nice young gentleman!“
