McDonald's in Martinsburg

“The food was great. Hot and fresh. The atmosphere was very busy, but busy means the food is fresh! The service was excellent polite and very refreshing just like the ice cold signature coca cola!!

Vegetarian options: Don't wanna sound rude but I believe vegetarian options are best at home. Fresh picked produce 💪🏽.

Dietary restrictions: Anyone with dietary restrictions unfortunately should probably avoid fast food.

Parking: This particular McDonald's has parking spaces for campers and longer extended vehicles such as buses or trucks pulling trailers. Off I-81 it was a great idea.

Kid-friendliness: They wave say hi and kindfully greet our young backseat passengers, thank you McDonald's.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, however given the popularity and frequency of this McDonald's it may not be the easiest to maneuver in a wheelchair, but still access is indeed provided.“

“Went last week my husband and i both got the quarter sandwich meal got it home and they was literally still bloody!! We dis take them back and they remade our entire order but shouldnt have to do that...sometimes it takes lomg for someone to just come to your order also.

“Just left here after getting my order, they were extremely busy with both inside and drive through service, honestly I’m writing this because there was an old Karen who absolutely flipped out on all the associates including the manager simply because she hadn’t gotten her drink within 60 seconds of getting her food. It was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. The manager handled the situation with absolute professionalism. They were all working very hard and I just wanted to thank the associates who were present tonight for being so kind to us and apologize for the experience they endured.“
