“We had reservations at another restaurant for a birthday lunch at 1pm with a party of 13, as we were pulling into the parking lot the restaurant called and told us they couldn’t serve us because we had kids in our party. We showed up at Copper Still Pub at 12:50 and explained the situation. The waitress said “We would be happy to accommodate your party.” It was the best experience! The waitress, the food, the cleanliness, professionalism, 100% recommend! They didn’t have to step in where another restaurant let us down, but they did! And they went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you so much! We cannot say enough nice things about this place! We will be back, that’s for sure!!“

“New to the area and decided to get carry out for Fathers Day Dinner. Food was delicious! We had zucchini fries, a large New York style Pepperoni pizza and Tiramisu.

“I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here - the food tastes great and portions are large so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Folks that work there are friendly albeit extremely busy. Their food is far and away better than a particular chain restaurant with a similar menu! I have wished that Habaneros would implement online ordering/delivery - I've inquired and they indicated that they would not be able to keep up with the orders coming in - so Ive given up on that hope but at the end of the day, I'd rather have good food done right than to have some of the more modern conveniences you may find elsewhere.“

“I got the Altos Fajitas. It had on it .steak, chicken and shrimp, onions, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, pineapple and cheese. It came with rice, refried beans and a guacamole salad. This is very good and if you like it hot ask for a bowl of their homemade hot sauce. The service was great. Lupe was my server. She was friendly and never kept me waiting on anything.“

“Had the spare rib lunch special. Rice was very good, the egg roll good. Ribs are average. Also order the chicken pad Thai. Little to spicy for me but I can say it on par with others that I have had ( very good). Will go back again and eat there next time.“

“My husband and I had a very yummy sushi lunch here today. We tried the West Virginia roll, and it was so good. They have the best sushi in this area. We love going here because the staff is friendly and they remember repeat customers no matter how long in between your visits are. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.“

Others say small but I think it was just the right amount. Variety without worrying about how old anything is. Food was fresh and constantly being monitored. Service was fast and friendly. “Haven't been here in almost a decade. Was having my car serviced around the corner and decided to take a little walk over to the Cafe. Ordered a Chai Latte & Pepper Jack Wrap. Friendly service, the atmosphere was very pleasant and my food & beverage did not disappoint.“

“This was prob the worst experience I've had at this establishment. Food was not good, we went for breakfast Waffles were soggy, the waitress argued they were done in a waffle maker which may be the case but my husbands waffles were very soggy not crisp as you would think a belgian waffle would be...pancakes were under done and gummy...the waitress was not nice and got an attitude with us when we brought this to her attention ...the atmosphere was horrible very dark and unwelcoming compared to the place at the Plaza. And we had to listen to the cook tell the table beside us how he was getting his ankle bracelet revoked and was going to jail. my husband and I were just so very disappointed...“

“Me and my best friend and my daughter went there tonight and Shannon was our waitress. She was awesome. She made us feel like we were at home. Our food was perfect. We never had to ask for anything. This lady has her stuff together. Her personality was wonderful so if you ever go to this restaurant in Martinsburg on Foxcroft Chili’s Ask for Shannon this girl will make sure that your experience of eating out with your family will be awesome very friendly, outgoing and as much as food costs today she even told us how we could save money by ordering instead of just a rack of ribs for the same price. If you order a rack of ribs, you get three sides so really for a order of rack of ribs. We got two males. We got a rack of ribs with two sides and some chicken quesadillas for the same price of just a rack of ribs. This lady seemed to care about me my friends and my daughter. It was awesome One of the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my entire life and I eat out most of my life and I am 56 years old you go Shannon sell those baby back ribs and just a side note. If you’re Shannon‘s boss, this girl deserves a major raisethanks everybody so if you don’t want to be disappointed, ask for this lady, her personality will blow you away.“

“Honestly, I have no idea what most of the scathing reviews are talking about. I just went here with my family and the food was great. The fajita quesadilla I got tasted and was presented great. My dad's mocahete bowl looked good and he loved it.

The worst part was the service though by far. Our server was, in the nicest way possible, brain dead. When we went to order, we asked if we could order something to go for someone at home. He said that he won't put it in now and that we should remind him later?????? Excuse me? He then proceeded to take our order and never put in that side order until we were finished and sitting waiting for over 5-10 minutes. So then we had to sit there and wait even longer for that to-go order before we could leave. Even though there were only 2 parties in the whole restaurant (including us) I never got my water filled and he never asked if we wanted more chips and salsa and he didn't remove them when they were empty. My dad asked for change at the payment counter and we were standing there for another 5+ minutes while he walked around serving tables instead of getting us our change. Why does this server not have access to a register?
