“I went there with a date, for lunch. The only thing I didn't care for was the wair to be seated. We stood there for 14 minutes waiting for someone. The woman who came in behind us walked immediately to the cashier and began speaking with her. She grabbed a menu and proceeded to walk around us and when a server finally came, she was at first. They didn't have a sign up, stating they were looking for help, but we weren't even acknowledged by anyone.”

“The food was hot and fresh, service was great, atmosphere amazing. But the night shift manager was rude and disrespectful to the employees in the kitchen. I believe that the managers name was Hope I came in the lobby around 5:00 pm and all I heard the night shift manager Hope yelling constantly and belittling the employees. Great store very clean but I will not come in the evening time, I will come in earlier during the day.”

“I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!”

“My husband went to this Wendy's for lunch while traveling and is making me leave a review for his experience...lol said he walked into the cleanest Wendy's he's ever seen. He said he was greeted by a young lady named Ada. He said she was gracious, kind, professional and took his order along with several others. Once finished, she went to clean the already clean lobby.

He said her service was impeccable. He said all of the workers were working, but her service stood out. Kudos to the Nitro West VA Wendy's team and the Management there. He'll be back...lol”

“My son lives in St. Albans. I visit him every other weekend. We LOVE Bammys. We have only ordered hotdogs FF and onion rings. I would love to try some of their other menu items, but we don’t have good hotdog places near Beckley so it’s definitely a treat for me! The staff is super friendly and are orders have always been right. If you go there and it’s busy don’t worry the service is fast! I wish they wasn’t 1.5 hours away or I would order there at least once a week!”

“Very clean and great food! Our group ordered the garlic parmesan wings and sweet barbecue. The appetizers were fried green tomatoes, onion rings and fries. Everything was crispy and cooked to perfection. If you haven’t ate here, YOU MISSING OUT FAM. -JH”
