“This is our second time staying here the resort and amenities are great , and the devil anse trailhead runs right out of the campground which is awesome , just a short ride to rockhouse trails , deathrock the hatfield cemetery, last time we were up here the restaurant tipple tavern was okay . This time around they have made a complete staff change and the staff is amazing, our bartender Morgan our waitresses Morgan and matty were above and beyond and jose from the kitchen staff super friendly and professional. And the food was amazing with staff like this you will never go wrong !!!!!!! Great job to the manager Hannah for assembling such a great staff !!!”

“I use to live in Kentucky and anytime a family member came to visit they would call in a order between 50-100 of you famous hotdogs and now that I live 700 miles from you guys I only get to dream about your Hotdogs. I have been sick for 2 years now and actually died 4 times on the operating table back in February and the first thing that I wanted when waking up 4 days later in ICU I wanted one of your Hotdogs, of course I didn’t get one but I will be making a trip back home to visit and I will be there to get around 40-60 to take back to my family so I can keep up our tradition that my grandma started many many years ago. And now it’s left up to my aunt Anna Shrewsberry and her kids, but I would love several now! Keep up the great work”

“Our riding group stayed there this weekend, with 4 rooms, the rooms are a little outdated... BUT the mattresses slept great and if we had a concern they fixed it. I feel like it is a clean motel, and feels family owned. They made us feel at home & they were super accomodating . We will definitely stay there again. As for the restaurant, the breakfast was good priced reasonably and the coffee was amazing, ALL but one of the staff at the restaurant was friendly, and the older ladies there are as good if not better at waiting tables than any younger person. We had a great time there.”

Will and Keith were Fantastic, felt like I was at a local bar at home. Will definitely be back! 10/10 Highly Recommend!”

“We went with our family of 9 for dinner on our vacation, highly recommend!! The food was delicious and the environment is so aesthetic!! Everyone loved their dinners (steaks; chops & pasta)! More so I’m impressed with their honesty & integrity. My daughter left her purse there and they contacted us and shipped it to us at their expense out of state. Greg and his staff are amazing and appreciated! Hope to get back some day for another amazing dinner!!”

“Ordered chili cheese fries yesterday for lunch and they were hot and tasty. It was a generous portion and they we're really good. I will definitely be coming back any time I am in Gilbert. Very good quality food and they had a nice soft drink selection as well as Dunkin coffees in their small shop. I was incredibly pleased and didn't expect that!”

“Terrible, rude customer service from employee with name starting with "A". She wants to argue over toppings and orders and makes rude comments about customers in retaliation in the local fb groups who post about their experiences there where she targets those who have something negative to say about their experience and her attitude toward them. Food is okay, chili dog buns are a little gooey and cheese tastes likes plastic. Ice cream is great though”
