Tom had the coke cola choc cake and they brought it to the table singing Happy Birthday at my request. He blushed like a school boy. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. “Passing through on our way to Pennsylvania for late lunch. 15-20 min. wait when we arrived. I assumed because of the lack of help which is pretty much everywhere so I get that.
The food was good but you could cut the tension with a knife. Atmosphere was not good at all. Stephanie was our server as well as the bartender. She was running around waiting on tables, serving the bar and washing glasses. The other service seemed to be rushing as well.
A tall blonde was cleaning tables and seating customers. When she was finished she would sit on the bench by the door on her phone. Eventually she was joined by a young gentleman with glasses who was running his hands through his hair 🤢 and went outside on his phone multiple times and joined her sitting on the bench by door. Not a good look for a restaurant. If there's a 15 or 20 minute wait I can't imagine why anyone is sitting anywhere.
Does not reflect a team environment at all. These are the kind of things that make people quit jobs.“

“Alas, a really spectacular meal can still be found in north central WV. For years, we celebrated our special occasions at the Wonder Bar, but recently it has quite simply not been what it once was. On the advice of friends, we decided to try Julio’s for our 10th anniversary. Despite not locating our reservation, they still made room to accommodate my wife and me. My Perfect Manhattan was crafted just right, the house salad dressing was superb, and our filets were absolutely fabulous. It was so refreshing to find that a great restaurant is still out there. For the past several occasions, I’d resorted to cooking at home figuring “why pay for a meal out when I can make better at home”. Julio’s gives me good reason not to cook and leave the task to their talented chef! Thank you for a wonderful experience!“

We ordered an 8-ounce sirloin (medium) with a baked potato, a salad, and their signature fresh-baked yeast rolls. When the steak arrived, it was unfortunately well-done instead of medium. However, the service team quickly turned things around. Our waitress, Kassie, was attentive and immediately addressed the issue. Shortly after, Tracy, the floor manager, personally brought our corrected order back to the table and apologized for the mistake. Their professionalism and quick response really stood out. Aside from this, everything else was perfect. The food was delicious, the rolls were warm and fluffy, and the call-ahead seating made our arrival seamless. We only waited a few minutes before being seated, which is always a plus. Texas Roadhouse continues to be one of our go-to spots for great food and friendly service. Mistakes happen, but their commitment to making things right keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!“

“My first time at this LongHorn and I have to say, it's as delicious or more as the one in Charleston. The parking lot was packed for a Tuesday evening and we figured we'd have to wait for a table, but nope. We were seated and our server Courtney immediately took our drink and appetizer/food orders. We had barely settled in and out came the warm bread and spicy chicken bites, both were delicious! We had almost finished the bread when the entrees arrived. I had the ribs with a loaded baked potato and asparagus, again all were delicious. I even commented to my gf that I don't know how they did it but out of about 10 spears of asparagus only 1 spear was a little tough. I've eaten a lot of asparagus and usually the tips are soft and the stems are tough. Kudos to whoever prepared them!! Well deserved 5 stars!“

“We stopped at Bob Evans after discovering we had a flat tire and decided to have breakfast while we figured things out. We were in the middle of a 20-hour road trip, and God was truly taking care of us.

Traveling as a family of six, we were so grateful for the experience we had at the Bridgeport, West Virginia location. Our waiter, Bill, provided top-notch service—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find someone to fix our tire, and even other customers were kind and supportive. To top it all off, an anonymous customer generously paid for our meal.
