“The food is usually great, the prices are extreme though, but that is generally the case everywhere now. I gave it a 3 on atmosphere because there really isn't one, it's a carry out/ delivery pizza place now.

More of a Pizza Box than a Pizza Hut, I personally preferred the old building design, but the food is usually great.“

The staff has always been very nice to me and while it does take a while for the food to be ready (they are making the food right there and then) it is worth the wait. I'm very picky about my food so if the food is good it's worth the drive for me.“

“When they told me they had separate fryer that was dedicated to gluten-free, I was sold. And the food and service was amazing! I have celiac disease, and for the last 25 years going out to eat has always been so hard (with risk of getting sick). It’s still often that I get confused looks when I mention “gluten”, other places…but to have a dedicated fryer or cooking area that never happens! That made my night.. super delicious! Cannot wait to go back!! 🙏🥳“

“I ordered online for pick up , my order was delayed by 15 minutes for chicken tenders when I got home I realized they forgot to sauce the tenders and also forgot my bourbon beans but service people were welcoming just wished I got what I ordered“

“I’ve had the pleasure of eating brunch here multiple times, whatever I’ve chosen, has been amazing. The past few times I’ve selected the chicken and waffles brunch item. Normally is it a good sized selection of chicken tenders, today however, it was a selection of bone in chicken wings, thighs, and breasts. This made the meal so much better! The savory meat with the sweet waffle and candied jalapeños, amazing! It for sure entered the clean plate club! I would highly recommend going and trying anything on the menu! If the food wasn’t so good, I would have been able to get a picture before I ate every bite! Maybe next time!“

“I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! “We used the online app to order our stuffed crust pizza! Medium was perfect for the two of us! We ordered a few extra garlic butter sauces. We arrived as our order completed and the staff was super friendly and cheery! The pizza stayed hot til we got home! Very delicious 🍕 pizza! Next time we will get sides of marinara to enjoy the next day! We love supporting our local Dominos! Local workers appreciate us too! We have enjoyed this location for over 40 years now! “I order from this Domino's weekly. I've given them 5 star reviews multiple times and told several people this is the best location in Charleston. Unfortunately, lately, they have been slacking. I don't know if it's new management, new employees or what the issue is but it's unfortunate. I hate leaving negative reviews, having worked in food service for many years, but if there's room for improvement I feel the store should know. I've had either a severe topping shortage, missing toppings all together, to overcooked-almost to the point of burnt - tots, chicken, or pizza. I feel like there's no excuse for missing ingredients; there's literally a check list of what the customer wants in their order. The rule of thumb I always followed when working with others food is make it like you would want it. If you wouldn't be happy receiving the order you're putting out, why are you ok sending it out? I will continue to order from here because they do have a good history, they are close by, and I love some Dominos but just be mindful it might not be up to expectations.“

“I have to say this is our favorite little Caesars, food is always hot and good. I wanted to leave a review this time for our door dasher, I thought little Caesars had their own drivers since they charge a few and yes I tipped the driver 10 percent but I feel bad because I'd tipped more if I had cash but couldn't offer card I was using. Our delivery is literally in Witcher creek and our driver was fast to deliver and very polite and food was hot. He was just very respectful and kind so I hope little Caesars uses him more for deliveries because not all drivers show at your door with a good attitude and a smile. I give the driver 100 percent 5 stars, will use delivery from this site again.“

“Honestly the best pizza place around, not because there Pizza is the best it's good but nothing crazy. What makes this place different is the staff.

The delivery driver drove to me not once, not twice, but 3 times to ensure that we got my son's pizza box.

My son has a few special needs. Basically it meant a lot to him that we supported him by getting him HIS pizza box that he made for a school fundraiser. The delivery driver made damn sure we did too, there were some mixups back at the store which totally makes sense I am sure they were slammed, not complaining, but praising how on what must have been a hectic night the driver and the staff made sure we got that darn box.

We usually get the same driver who drives a truck and is husky not sure his name, but my kids love him. He always is friendly, just a super cool human being.

Anyways just saying that the staff at this store is top notch and if there Upper management does not give them a reward in the next 30 days they should be fired and hire new upper management. Lol halfway joking but I will check in to make sure they got some kudos for making box night a success at least at my house. If you guys did not do anything for them, I will. I will also give them the option to get a new job where they will be appreciated at another local place as I know a good bit of GM's in this area.“

“Last night i ordered from Cross lanes Store. My sandwich and the new cheese brd thing was amazing. and no i dont have family that works there, I genuinely had the best food. People should give more positive reviews if you have a good experience. Quick to judge and throw dirty reviews when dissatisfied, people deserve props.“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

Parking: Parking is extremely steep and gritty. Stear clear if your car sits low.“
