“Love the baristas - - above and beyond friendly and polite - - but the cordiality comes at the cost of accuracy, with an extra-hot, well, not. and an extra shot, well, forgotten. I had to go back and rewait in a long line to get the lattes righted. But they did so smiling and w/o complaint, also reimbursing my order.“

“This is my Starbucks location of choice. I always get good service and find they are the most consistent. However, this morning I encountered a young lady who seriously needs to fix her eyeballs and not roll them at customers when asked,politely mind you, to retrieve a food order. It seems to be a common trend among young women to do this and customer oriented jobs aren't the place.“
