The food and staff were excellent.
Extremely slow
I consistently have trouble getting my order made correctly at the South Charleston WV location. I always say no cheese and they put it on anyway. The other issue is that I don't get receipts unless I get a digital one when using the app. If you don't have a receipt then corporate won't compensate you for an incorrect order because you have no proof.
