Reasonable prices and the best customer service I've ever had. The employees were always smiling and friendly. They continued to check on us and we never had empty drinks or chips. Speaking of chips: FRESH and HOT. I've eaten at more Tex-Mex restaurants than I can count. Best chips and homemade salsa hands down. They were so understanding with our 4 year old autistic daughter. Even tried to get her to try some different foods. You really need to stop going to the overpriced and substandard place up by Walmart. El Torito's is the only place we will go from now on.”

Well worth the trip to Logan for great dogs, especially if you plan to hit the back roads on a bike.”

“We picked up two cakes yesterday that were amazing!! One was custom and one was typical but both were beautiful and tasty. Thank you for making a special butter finger cake. It was a huge hit!! “This was my first visit to the Colonial Room Restaurant. We got there about 8;45 am and wondered if it was open because it looked dark inside, but it was. The place was devoid of customers, except for one other couple, the whole time we were there.The atmosphere was peaceful. The decor reminded me of Cracker Barrel and was interesting to look at. There is plenty of seating, and a gift shop with necessities for travelers (it's by a motel), Hatfield and McCoy Trail T-shirts, a large variety of scented candle wax, purses and other souvenirs and gift items.The three ladies working were friendly and helpful and the rest rooms (men's, anyway) was clean.I got a bacon and sausage omelet with potatoes and toast. They didn't have wheat bread, so I had to get white toast. The omelet was very good and cooked well. The potatoes were ok, but could have been seasoned to be better. The coffee was good and kept flowing!

Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot shared by the motel.”

“Food was outstanding! The waitress was awesome! One problem ? I was bit by the owners dog. I was petting him and was feeling his collar was a bit tight and he bit me. My hand is swollen and hurts. I would normally not say anything but when I went to explain to the owner and talk with him I felt like he dismissed me for a man telling me he was out of toilet paper in the mens room. I was so taken back he never asked if I was ok or said he was sorry ?. I'm not a sue type of person at all but I at least felt an apology would have been nice and offer me ice for the swelling. Sorry so long!”

I had forgotten how expensive everything gotten so it was close to $30 for a pie. But that's biden's world we're living in paying these prices”

“My husband and I had to make a Sunday trip down south and after the errand we were very hungry. Rather than settle for the fast food options in Logan we searched Google maps for a restaurant, hoping for a local eatery open on Sunday. We found Janet’s and were SO glad we did! Chicken and Dumplings and 2 sides were the special, and aptly named. Delicious, with clinging gravy and homemade flat dumplings. The green beans on the side were phenomenal, mashed potatoes did not disappoint, and the fresh hot rolls melted the butter for a perfect feel good meal. The sweet tea was fresh, strong and not too sweet; a perfect addition. My only regret was that I was too stuffed for the awesome pies and puddings listed as dessert options. Next time!!
Did I mention it was so very affordable as well? Plus they offer curbside service. Now how is that for all you could ask for and more?
