“I’ve went to this coldstone for about 5 years now. I’ve never had a bad experience as I always realize they are very busy and they’re always as kind as they can be while keeping up with customers. This visit was different. DESPITE The store filling with customers while we were ordering WHILE it seemed like he was still training and Zach still proceeded to give us a smile, eye contact, and just welcoming tone.
