“Dear Starbucks. Your policy about not giving drive through customers an insulated grip or a stopper is not well thought out. Save the environment by making those items in-house optional. However, for drive through customers, might I suggest you consider Liebeck v. McDonald's as I recently spilled hot coffee all over my hand at one of your drive though windows.“
