This panda has always been hit or miss, The food is either good or questionable. The texture of the chicken is either cooked or strange and chewy. The rice has always been consistent. The people have always been pretty nice especially the manager lady she has been great. The service can be slow when they are busy because they probably have to cook more food but I haven't ever waited more than 20 minutes.
