“We were on a road trip to California, and my family decided to exit I-80 for some Subway. Once we arrived at the fast food chain, I was blown away (Not literally, but still!) by what the interior design looked like! The staff were polite towards us, which gives its positive atmosphere to this place. Lastly, the food was so good!“
“I went to get a sandwich today, and I think the persons name was Jen. The food was made fast and accurately. Jen also had great customer service skills and was very friendly. The inside was also clean, all the other subways I have been to are nasty.Highly recommend this location!“

“4 stars ⭐ I had never been to a Jimmy John's before living in Laramie. And, it was a decision made much too late. The menu is a little overwhelming with all the choices, but stuck with my standard BLT. I mean, how can a BLT go wrong? It can't. And, the chocolate chip cookies? Fantastic. Even better nice and warmed up“

“We came in on Friday the 6th of Sept. I never caught the man’s name but he was the only one working and he was fabulous, our experience was amazing strictly because of him. He was welcoming and helped us with our order, he recommended items and even let us try something’s to see if we’d like it. Conversation with him was welcoming and fun. We absolutely loved our experience due to this guy, :)“

“Service and food was good. However, there’s room for improvement on restaurant cleanliness. Floors were dirty, and all of the tables were dirty from previous patrons eating lunch (when I arrived, three of the seven tables were in use.) I observed five employees on site, but no one apparently had 10 minutes to sweep floors or clean tables apparently. In my 30 minutes of eat-in time, five customers came in to place food orders, with two employees working the counter. After the last customer left at 1:47 pm, no one came out to clean the lobby of tables and floors. I left at 1:55 pm.“

“Stopped by McAlister’s in Laramie last night to redeem my tea pass, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nathan (I’m guessing he’s the manager/owner). Hands down one of the nicest humans I’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant.
The cashier helping me hadn’t redeemed a tea pass before, and Nathan immediately stopped what he was doing to help—no frustration, no impatience, just kindness. He walked her through it step by step and made sure she felt supported, not like she was bothering him.
While he helped with my transaction, we stood there just genuinely chatting about all the tea deals, including Free Tea Day coming up in July. It was honestly just such a nice interaction. You don’t always see upper management step in like that, let alone with that much positivity and care for both their staff and customers.
Oh—and the tea was delicious, as always. I’ll definitely keep coming back, because of awesome people like Nathan and the whole team there.“
