“Having a food allergy can challenging but when you find a restaurant with staff that are thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the whole menu and all the ingredients it is refreshing. The last 3 times I have dined at Gather the waitstaff introduced themselves and then followed with “Do I have any allergies I need to be aware of tonight ?“ They also remembered throughout the whole dining experience and recommended certain dishes and brought awareness to the ones that I couldn’t eat. Amazing!
Now onto the quality of the food, superb and creative.
Seating is comfortable. Atmosphere is nice.
Gather is an excellent choice when in Jackson!“

“Excellent restaurant inside the museum
We enjoyed the fabulous museum and then had lunch here.
We got a table outside to enjoy the view of the mountains and the Elk Refuge..
Food was great, starting with the cheese plate and pot sticks.
For mains we had the skirt, the fish and chips, Bison gyro and onion soup...every single one was cooked to perfection with a delicate balance of spice and presentation.... great Bloody Mary, local beer and cocktails.
If you are in the area or visiting the museum you have to check this place and you will not be disappointed.

Our server Marko was super nice and gave me a recommendation that changed the way I look at pork chops.“

“Top tier experience for my sister in laws wedding reception dinner. We had a group of about 14 people which the staff expertly took great care of. We were in a private room at a large table which comfortably sat all of us.

First of all - the cocktails here were incredible. My wife loved their dirty martinis (and so did everyone else as we probably had 20 of them come to the table). I had grilled pineapple spicy tequila cocktail which was one of the best I've had in my life. Perfectly balanced.

The appetizers of the tartare pizza and the salmon pancakes, and the crudo were as beautiful as they were tasty.

I had the bison ribeye med rare and it was so good. I figured I would not be able to order a bison ribeye very often, so I took the chance and it did not disappoint.

The service was perfect, they were sensitive to our every need and took awesome care of everyone. Big thank you to the staff!

“My husband and I recently spent four nights at The Rusty Parrot... it was the perfect ending to our trip through Yellowstone. The hotel has such a warmth, not only by the overall ambience, but from the staff as well. Our room was right off the mezzanine with access to the cozy area by the fireplace and exit to the deck with a hot tub and fire pit. All day long there is complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, and bar service there. We met people from all over the world and are still connected to some of those people we met in that space. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

“I said it on my way out the door & I’ll repeat myself until everyone agrees that Trio is such a gem in Jackson. My food was 100%, I had the soup, halibut (perfectly seared & pairs with local mushies and a beautiful tangy and bold sauce), risotto, & smores dessert. I don’t even know why I bother going anywhere else bc Trios consistent nack at nailing the flavors brings comfort and equal parts delighted to your palette. Not to mention, the staff here… are top notch. Thanks for making my whim of a Friday such a treat, Trio!“

“My husband and I spent 4 nights at the White Buffalo while in Jackson. The suite was amazing and comfortable! My husband used the kitchen to cook omelets every morning and I loved the drawer dishwasher! The staff cleaned and restocked our towels daily! All of the staff were friendly and took care of any needs we had. Room service was fast and delicious! We also ate at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! If I am in the area again I will not hesitate to book here again!“

“This place was recommended by the locals. First day I had the chicken pot pie and it was amazing! Second time I have the philly cheese steak and that was very good too. Keep in mind they are short staffed like everyone else, but the food was worth it.“
