Restaurants in Yellowstone National Park

“Holy cow do they have a lot of stuff!
I didn’t buy any food items, so I didn’t rate that. I purchased mementos for my visit to Yellowstone. Lots of choices and cashier was great as well. Google may mention store closes early. I was told by cashier that June 17- Aug 17 they stay open until 8pm. Just an fyi.”

“Food was delicious. Spent $100 for two people. Got two appetizers and two entrees. Wasn't offered a dessert menu so after we left back to our room I decided to go get some dessert. The older lady who was the hostess was not friendly at all. Then after getting 3 ice creams "to go" I gave her my money and she asked if I want my change! For what? Handing me a bad of ice cream with our even any spoons or napkins. Yes I'd like my change for my to go dessert, which really should have been offered after our dinner that we paid $120 for after tip.... Dinner great, hostess not. And not pleased that our waiter didn't offer a dessert menu when we heard him offering it to other people.”

“A decent burger and fries, friendly service, fun set up with diner counters. Was good for lunch and not too overpriced (for a national park in the middle of nowhere).”

“Food is what you would expect in a grill. Long line ups but limited food options, so it was to be expected, especially right after Old Faithful goes off. The decor is unique and well taken care of.

Parking: Old Faithful is the main attraction so a high number of the park visitors go there. Expect crowds and waiting lines for washrooms. NPS services the main washroom across from the service station and visitors center

Kid-friendliness: Yes BUT please be mindful of where your walking and obey signage. The signs are there for your protection. They want your experience to be a me.berable one for all the right reasons and not include being air lifted due to an encounter with an animal or going through the thermal crust!!”
