Burgers are not bad and it might just about be the best options for food in the Old Faithful area. The Old Faithful Inn restaurant is awful for food but the historic lodge is amazing as it's from 1903. Just don't have high expectations for the food. The breakfast buffet is just ok but the dinner (like the Trout) was almost inedible. It was tough and in something like bad tomato soup. So long story short...stick with the Grill at the Snow Lodge and I'd also say go to the cafeteria...read full review
We had a fifty-minute wait to see Old Faithful. Although we had food for a picnic and there was a picnic area we decided to eat at the Geyser Grill just for convenience. I had the best black bean burger I have ever had anywhere. The service was great the place was clean.

It's a pretty typical cafeteria style place, but some of the food is really good, and probably one of the better options at Yellowstone considering quality for the price. The burgers are okay, but the chicken burger (it's a crispy chicken sandwich), bison bratwurst, and red pepper and gouda soup are all really good. It's a little pricey for what you get, but the quality is pretty good overall. If you catch it in between snowmobile groups, you can have the place all to yourself...read full review
