The serving team of Jackson and Ansel were the highlight of our visit! We stayed at three hotels on the Yellowstone property and dined at 4 total hotels, Jackson and Ansel provided a level of customer service and meaningful hospitality. They were both so friendly and engaging with enthusiastic recommendations for both the menu and sightseeing locations. Very thankful to have this experience and appreciate how Jackson and Ansel positively contributed to our visit.

Went right when they opened, not many people. Got reccomended some pasta with Buffalo

Mammoth Dining Room, located inside Yellowstone National Park, offers a beautiful dining experience with accommodating staff who cater to food concerns and restrictions. The restaurant gets busy during dinner hours, so it's recommended to reserve a table early. The menu features a variety of options, including a kids' menu and vegan-friendly choices. Dishes like beef sliders, lobster corn chowder, truffle fries, and French toast with turkey sausage are all flavorful. The staff, including Chef Oscar, are very accommodating. Guests have enjoyed a cold, smoked salmon BLT paired with fruit. The soup was good and the beer selection is good. A cold hard cider is very refreshing after a hike. The service was great and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. This is by far the best place to eat on that end of the park.
