“We came for lunch to avoid the dinner rush. It was perfect timing. We're also vegetarian so we tried several of their vegan/vegetarian options. They have an extensive menu and tons of options. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing. Our waiter was helpful and friendly. Our favorite were the scallion pancakes and the ramen. It was a bit spicy for us, even though we asked for mild, but it was so delicious. Portions are huge. We took half home, but we're excited to have leftovers.“

“This is probably the most popular place to get your lunch at from students and faculty at El Camino College. Every meeting I'm at around lunch time I see someone eating from Mr. H. I really love their spamasubi and their miso soup. It reminds me of my high school days when people would sell spamasubi from their backpacks. The place has a few tables and chairs to sit on if you are looking to dine in or wait for your food. Cool thing about their service too is they have a buzzer for when your food is ready. Sometimes it takes a little long to get the food to come out but it's always hot and ready to eat when they do.“

“Our first time to do Karaoke and this place did not disappoint. It was nice and clean and had great size rooms with different themes. We had the room with the pole and my friend had a great time with it LOL! We were greeted by K, he was very helpful with all the information we needed. We were the first customers so we get to check out the other rooms. Even if it was just K at the front he was very nice and took great care of us, and got us everything we needed. He even danced with our friend for fun! Hahaha I like that the time is open for us to use the room and we were not rushed to leave. We were there for 3 hours and it was sooo fun! We brought our own food and drinks and it was extra $60. The price was reasonable and service was excellent and place was luxurious and clean! Will be back for sure!“

“We used to go regularly to Cho Dang restaurant on Hawthorne Blvd just south of Sepulveda Blvd. They closed and knocked the building down. Cho Dang combined with another Korean restaurant, and they refurbished a bakery into Jang Su Jang Restaurant. It is a very nice restaurant combining the best of both restaurants. The business is booming. Service is wonderful. parking is ample. Traditional Korean foods are marvelous. The combinations of sprouts, spiced fermented cabbage and hot pepper pickles are delightful. The soups are piping hot and favorfull. If you are new to the experience, the waitresses are extremely efficient and helpful. I am partial to the mushroom tofu soup. My wife likes the vegetable dumpling soup. My son likes the kimchi beef. In all these, one can choose the desired level of spicy. I choose medium. My son chooses extra spicy. He forms beads of sweat on his forehead and upper lip halfway through the soup ?. If you are there on a busy, cool spring evening and have to wait outside, bring a wrap. “This place is my jam - good food at a good price. I got the pork belly dosirak (basically a bento box). I love having a lot of different options to try in a meal so I was so happy to see this was an option! The pork belly was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well - I barely had to use the sauce they gave for it on the side. We also got the rice cakes, I definitely recommend those too. What really takes this to a 5 star is the warm friendly service from everyone who works there as well as the nice touches such as free instant coffee if you dine in! I can't wait to return. “Galbi, Corn Cheese, and Soju just make the perfect night out ! Kko Kko Yang is literally the hidden gem for amazing Korean BBQ in Gardena! I can't believe I only found out about this place recently and I've lived in Southbay LA all my life! We got their brisket and galbi which was so tender and delicious. They have so many good sides such as their steamed egg, soybean soup, kimchi pancake, and banchan, and we even ordered some refreshing cold noodles on the side. My favorite part was pouring the corn cheese in the galbi and letting it sizzle on the grill! This place is known for their gopchang, aka intestines, but they have so many unique cuts of meat here to grill! We tried their gopchang, daechang, abomasum and beef heart as well, and the staff really knows how to cook these cuts! Nothing was overly chewy and it's hard to find places that can do this right. Definitely recommend checking them out the next time you want a delicious and different KBBQ experience!“

“We frequent this place often. My favorite is The Spicy Beef clear noodle vegetable soup (Yuk Kae Jung) is very god here. Bibimbab is another very good dish. Their food all around is pretty good. But I can definitely and proudly can tell you that Haksan is THE best place of all. Their meat quality is beyond expectations even for Koreans from Korea. The amount of food is quite big but very affordable (especially in this terrible economy, fulfilling good quality food with affordable pricing is a gem that you cannot avoid).Customer Service here is phenomenal. The owner lady of this restaurant is caring enough to say hello to every customers, and would even like to talk to you if you wish to ask any quesitons about anything. The Chunggukjang is a more rustic version of the Doenjang soup/chigae, and it is very delicious. For the uninitiated, this is a stew made from something like (Japanese) natto, and it isn't great for a hot day, but rather, awesome for cold weather dining. Delicious, not for the delicate. In sum, this is a mom-and-pop style place, not some corporate chain, exactly the kind of place we like to support. People in the area who seek good homestyle Korean food will know this place and appreciate what they do here.“

“Hubby and I were craving for Korean fried chicken and searched up places on Ubereats to try. We were sold on this one and placed an order for golden original and spicy golden original. The chicken was yum and super crispy! I highly recommend their spicy golden chicken. My eldest doesn't eat spicy food but she said the flavor was too good and would suffer through heat haha. “We got there during Busy Busy lunch time on Sat. We barely sat at the table at the entrance. I was not feeling comfy. The customers passed right our table at the door. No relax this time. We got the menu for special lunch. Small portion w less expensive. We ordered fried dumplings, chicken w lobster sauce, and chicken kungpao. The foods were delivered so fast even thou they had lots of Take out orders. I liked the fried dumplings, Juicy and crunchy. For the chicken kungpao, I give 3 stars, missing something. Spicy but not really flavorful. The chicken pieces are too small, I couldn't taste the chicken. We both liked chicken w lobster sauce, mild, so creamy, soft shrimps w lots of veggies. I give 4 stars. Overall, I was not relaxed due to the corner of the entrance. People and the staff bothered me. However, I want more fried Dumplings. Today's best was fried dumplings.“

You choose a meat/entree and a type of tofu soup which is delicious! I ordered the Spicy Chicken and Beef Galbi. I also chose the Seafood Tofu soup, Spicy. They ask if you want mild, medium, spicy, etc. Spicy was perfect, not too spicy at all.“
