I would seriously start being a little bit nicer to your guests, especially ones that are on social media like the fella Jamie from Ireland. He speaks highly of Canada and everything and he has had a very bad experience with you guys so I would seriously talk to your manager because now I will never stay there.
I stayed one night for a great price and we were treated the best! Such a cute boutique hotel with great amenities. Bar/restaurant was nice and we got upgraded to the mountain view room. Would definitely stay again!
Juniper has incredibly friendly and helpful people. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Housekeeping is excellent and keep you well stocked with good coffee and mix of teas. The Bistro has delicious brunches and dinners.
The Juniper is very good value.
