Never a problem very nice employees
My friend and I explored the A&W’s today for a delicious breakfast and ended up at the A&W off 43rd and McLeod Trail. We had the most amazing experience from Lerna . She greeted both of us with a great A&W smile and had our meals prepared perfectly altering mine to my design. She thanked us both for coming in this morning, and as we left, she greeted us again by our first names and took our plates from our hands and said come back soon. A&W Canada is a conveniently located restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. The dining room is well-maintained, with staff making an effort to keep it clean. The food can be quick and fresh, and the experience can be really good. However, there have been issues with orders and the dining area, including the dining area being freezing cold and food arriving lukewarm. There have also been problems with substitutions and communication after payment. Improvements are needed in terms of employee training and attention to detail to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
