“While waiting for a connecting Flight to Edmonton on May 28, 2026, we had lunch at this location. An employee, Judy or Janet, came up to our table. She initially introduced herself and then asked how the meal and service were. This employee demonstrated exceptional customer service, even addressing all our questions about flights and the airport itself. Many employees in all establishments could learn and benefit from her skill set.“

“This has been one of my favourite experiences at an airport restaurant. The service was way above what we expected. Earnesto (apologies if I spelt the name wrong) gave us above and beyond service and was an absolute good time. He even gave us a cake for my mom and sisters birthday. Great service and food. We appreciate all of his efforts to make the start of our trip great.“

From the time we sat, to the time we received the food, quality check on our food, repeat check on our food, Brook, our server was pleasant and very attentive. But the mushroom burger was out of this world- like a gourmet burger- 5 Stars!!Soup was great!A definite great find!!“
