Dairy Queen good food fast service friendly people
Went a few weeks ago at 10:20pm and the website said it closed at 10:30pm. Ordered and got my hot food. No problem!!!’ Then I went again tonight for my son and I arrived at 10:15 pm and said they close the kitchen at 10:10 and only ice cream after that time to allow for cleaning. Not acceptable when they say they are open till 10:30pm. Will be filing a complaint with the general manager.
This locations timing is trash. It is suppose to be fast food, but when your sat waiting for 10+ in the drive thru for 2 ice creams its the furthest thing from fast. Im curious if DQ actually gives a crap about these reviews or if its just gonna be another generic response. Do something about the workers here, give them more experienced people to help.
