I love Dairy Queen for their treats. Unfortunately, the dairy Queen on southland is also the dirtiest and least maintained location. The washrooms are not clean and not maintained. The floors in the restaurant are always dirty and does not offer the"come in and sit feeling". Management needs to clean this place up!
This store absolutely reeks of raw sewage. I don't know what's going on in those washrooms but they really need to resolve it. I had to take my food outside and eat on the curb. Great staff and food though.
The cashier who said his name is Dominic was excellent and treated me with absolute dignity and kindness along with respect he made sure everything met a standard and made sure my experience was pleasant the food was amazing and the blizzard I got was made perfectly

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a great place for parties and celebrations. The staff are friendly, and the fries are cooked just right. They offer Dilly bars and can accommodate birthday celebrations, providing a perfect cake and excellent service. The water is described as the "best water ever," tasting like it's straight from a glacier. Customers also enjoy the burgers, especially the "awesome Stackable," and the ice cream products. While the fries and onion rings are just "ok," the overall dining experience is enjoyable, making it an ideal location for get-togethers.
