This place is a gem! The fact that I can go to Market Mall and make a healthy fast food choice makes me happy beyond belief! The salads are bursting with flavor! And love the raspberry & cardamom tea! I feel amazing after eating here and it keeps me full for hours! The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because it's a touch pricey.
I stumbled across this little place by mistake one day on my way through the +15s and going to a meeting downtown. Wandering the +15s is quickly becoming a favourite past time as there are so many great little finds like this. So happy I took that wrong turn or I would have missed this little gem. Amazing food and careful attention to allergy issues. My favourite salads of all time. One salad is usually enough for two meals. Unsung hero is their GF avocado chocolate cake. I keep them on my repeat list for value and healthy food choices. Thank you for the GF croutons and the cauliflower wings are awesome
