“It looks busy more staff are needed in the counter. People queue here for minutes before someone comes to take their orders. Most of the staff are assigned in the drive through. This makes the place crowded unnecessarily. Otherwise the staff are awesome. Specially Amal who attended me today.

“I really like this Tim Hortons, my only complaint is how drive thru orders are taken. Whenever I try ordering a couple of items, they ask “is that it?” after every item, there’s no need to rush us especially when the order just began. It would be better if they just say “okay” and wait for me to tell them when I’m finished.“

“The speaker person was not happy, nor were they sad…mad? They got my order correct so that’s cool. 5 frign stars are all for the awesome smiley and friendly window guy. Thank you sir for being a kind human and bringing a smile to my face with your big smile. Lovely. Also the food was great. Nicely prepped and wrapped up. So thank you to them as well ?“
