This place used to be amazing! Food portions are so small now. Maybe 3 tiny pieces of broccoli, maybe one piece of mushroom. Used to be more rice. Costs going up, but portions becoming smaller and smaller. The staff are amazing though, always smiling, helpful and so helpful. The atmosphere is your generic room, and there's nothing wrong with that. I always get the teriyaki beef over rice. The yams are soft and limp lately. Will still buy from here though.

Edo Japan offers chicken and beef teriyaki for takeout, but the sauce can be thin, like a watery soup. The food is amazing, with excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, kind, and hard working. The cook comes out from behind the grill to ask how the food is and will make a new batch if it does not taste right or is not cooked long enough. The restaurant is always very clean.
