I was deeply dissatisfied with my recent order from your franchise. Our order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, and after the first 45 mins, I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update as to where our order was. After the 5th or 6th attempt, I finally heard back from the store saying that they don’t accept delivery requests online (the Second Cup website), and I had to use Door Dash or Skip.
