The worst experience I have had at a coffee shop in Calgary. The staff are draconian, forcing people to scream because the staff cannot hear. After getting the order wrong, and serving a water down latte, lacking sugar. . When I complained and brought back the cup they refused to except it. I asked what am I going to do with it she said nothing. So I left it, walked out the door.
