I showed the barista my order request instead of saying it aloud, and while he was initially friendly, he seemed annoyed about reading it, which made me uncomfortable to reconfirm my whole order. When the drink was ready, it was clear the mistake was on their end—my order was supposed to have “Light Ice,” but they added “Extra Ice.” The other Starbucks in the food court made it correctly. I have good experience with this starbucks in mall. It does get busy at some points and drinks do come a bit late. But their employees are all nice. Also this is quite an interesting way to spell my name.
Never been to Starbucks. Wanted something cold and sugary. So they got me basically an ice cap like Tim's would, for double the price. But they didn't mention a straw was needed? So in my hurry to get out and catch my train I realize far too late I have no straw and now I'm stuck with this drink I can't even consume? Thanks Starbucks.
