Stop cheaping out on the donut toppings. If I can see the donut from the top that means there is not enough. Especially your Vanilla dips. They are so sad. And for a month last year, you used chocolate instead of vanilla icing and still called them vanilla. If you want a picture I can send it to you.

While there can be inconsistency with service, and sometimes orders are mixed up or drinks made wrong, the quick order fulfillment and smiling staff make it a preferable choice compared to other Tim Hortons.
