“This Wendy's is amazing every single time I go. A lot better than a Wendy's 5 Heritage Gate SE, Calgary, AB. Does it matter how busy or slow they are. Unprofessional and it takes forever for certain people to get their food. First time I was ever there took almost half an hour to get my meal. Second time I was at that location give them the benefit of the doubt. Because I just went to Costco. People that paid and ordered their food after me still got their food before me. And certain other people had to wait. So if you'd like to get treated like a decent human being and actually get what you ordered. Without any fuss. very

“The place was exceptionally clean. Even though it was busy and there was a long line, the food was served quickly. The nuggets were truly crispy, and the French fries were hot and fresh. The Baconator was absolutely worth it and very satisfying.“

“Quick service and great location. Tried the new cherry crumble frosty, which I found to be on the sweet side, so not for me. Wraps were great, as usual.

PS - they give a $2 discount for positive Google reviews, which I found a bit distasteful. I dropped an atmosphere start as a result of that.“

“I grabbed a small Froster for just $1.04 and honestly, it hit the spot. Ice‑cold, smooth, and perfect for a quick cool‑down without spending much. The flavour was bold, the texture stayed slushy (not watery), and it was the ideal little treat on a warm Calgary day. For just over a dollar, it felt like a win.“

“This location has been renovated and the restrooms have completely changed. The service has been excellent. It is definitely a “family friendly” stop for food.

“I visited Wendy’s at 3232 Sunridge Blvd NE in Calgary today and had a really great experience. We ordered two kids’ meals with hamburgers along with their new spicy hamburger, and everything was fresh and tasty. The spicy hamburger, in particular, was outstanding — perfectly cooked with just the right amount of heat. Definitely a must-try!

Another highlight was the variety of soft drink options available. There were so many choices, and it made my kids super excited to pick their favorites — such a small touch, but it really added to the overall experience.

What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional counter staff. The team member who assisted us was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made the ordering process smooth and ensured everything was just right.

Overall, great food, excellent service, and a fun experience for the kids — I’ll definitely be coming back“

“Just want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to this Wendy’s staff!!! I asked for all their names because I couldn’t believe how amazing they treated us, here is the crazy part we came 10 minutes before close!!! Can’t get over this customer service. I’ve been treated horrible for coming a hour before close at other restaurants! They all deserve a raise seriously 😅 here’s the names of the employees that made my night after a hard day!

“I got a Dave's double combo with cheese. I've been eating Wendy's for years. Many years ago, Wendy's fries were very good. Then an overly busybody city council thought it was their place to ban trans fats in Calgary restaurants. And from that day, Wendy's fries sucked bad. They always tasted like they were cooked in scorched oil . I figured yesterday, it was time I tried their fries again. And I'm glad I did, because they seem to be back to something good again. I docked then one star because the restaurant was strangely empty and it was around noon,,so the vibe was a bit weird.“

“Came here with my family, and I don’t know if the person that served us was the owner or not, but they were fantastic. Let me redeem multiple coupons in one transaction, overflowed the large fries we ordered and even gave my kids free tiny frostys! “I got to multiple wendys and the quality of their spicy chickens is terrible. I stopped here randomly and got two spicys. They were thick and moist. The lettuce on them was thick and fresh. Far difference from many others. Unfortunately this location is quite far from where I live. But I really enjoyed it.“
