“I ordered a custom cake from Cake Bake Shoppe for my son’s 12th birthday and unfortunately there was a mix-up with the pickup date, so the cake wasn’t ready when I arrived. As you can imagine, that was really disappointing in the moment.
However, the way they handled the situation truly stood out. The owner and the employee at the front were both incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. They immediately worked to make things right and even offered free delivery. When that didn’t work with my schedule, they prioritized the order and had the custom cake ready within about two hours.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the level of care, professionalism, and kindness they showed really meant a lot. Their customer service was excellent and I really appreciated how hard they worked to fix the situation and help make my son’s birthday special.“

“Ok, if you like pizza you need to get pizza from here. Now not saying that there isn’t other great pizza around. But there is something about a small individual size pizza’s that are filling and so tasty. Easy to pop one out of the freezer and make a quick meal. All of the family loves these pizzas and we always in our freezer.“

“The pizza is always amazing. We ordered mozza sticks for the first time and it was lack luster to say the least. It does not mention when ordering the amount of sticks you get. We opened the container and there were 8 little mozza sticks. And instead of marinara sauce, it was salsa. I would not recommend the mozza sticks. The pizza I would definitely recommend.“

Ask for Punjabi style if you like it spicy… and they will even add ginger and cilantro if you request (for no extra cost)“

“I had a really great experience at Domino’s thanks to one of the workers there (Aman) She was super kind and helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. I asked her what pizzas are popular, and she gave me a few great suggestions that ended up tasting great. She also recommended the lava cake for dessert—and honestly, it was so good, definitely worth it.
Customer service like that makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Went for dinner with a small group. Food was very good. It was wing night so we ordered a few dozen. All the flavors were good.
Had the banh mi sandwich for my meal. Was amazing. One of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. And the tomato soup that came with it was great. Very flavorful.
Service was excellent. Kadence (not sure of the spelling) was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed even though there were only two of them working that night.
Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.“

“What a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely exceptional, and you could truly taste how fresh the pizza dough was. My order was ready right on time, and the staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully providing extra plates and napkins. The lovely lady at the front counter was incredibly kind and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to receive such warm, caring service these days. This Pizza 73 location truly stands out, and I would happily recommend it as one of the best in Calgary for delicious food and outstanding service!“

“My nephew recommended Bamboo house and I ordered 4 medium platters for my wife’s birthday party. The order was cashew gai ding, ginger beef, Shanghai noodles with 3 meat and General Tao chicken, with a delivery time of 5 pm. The food was delivered exactly at 5 pm and this had to be the best Chinese food myself and our guests have ever had in Calgary. Very tasty, lots of food and a decent price. I would strongly recommend this restaurant!“

“I had a great takeout experience at Pizza 73! My order was ready on time, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the pizza was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly with plenty of toppings. The whole process was quick, easy, and convenient. I'll definitely be ordering from Pizza 73 again. Highly recommended!“
“I usually order a panago pizza with vegan cheese when I need a quick and easy lunch for me and my 2 kids and don't want to pay for an artisan pizza. They just switched to a new vegan cheese and it is awful. Awful texture, awful taste, and looks disgusting. I won't be ordering again.“

“We love McKenzie Towne DQ! Since the pandemic we have been ordering blizzards in the evening on a pretty regular basis. Always two small blizzards and a dog treat. I guess we a regulars now cuz they even know us by name. On occasion they have even up sized our blizzards and our dog has received a full sundae size ice cream treat...she is thrilled the day she gets those. Thank you Michelle, Anne and Alexie!!!!
