“Amazing atmosphere! I loved the interior design of the coffeehouse and the staff were kind and welcoming. I went around 1:00 PM on a holiday and it was pretty busy, all of the tables were filled so if you are planning to stay awhile and study/do work I would recommend coming early. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was really good!“

“Waves Coffee House is fantastic. The cozy atmosphere and excellent coffee always make my day. The manager is incredibly friendly , ensuring myself and fiancée feels welcome. The curry in chicken wrap is my favorite ?. A must visit when next i’m in town. Highly recommend!“

“Tammy at Riverbend is the best Barista I've had at any Starbucks in a Safeway! Well, Marica at Meadowlark is awesome too ? Tammy always makes my white chocolate mocha bang on if not better than usual! We always have a chat whenever I'm in and she's always so friendly and kind. Even if someone else is taking my order she always starts making my drink before it's run through. She just knows! Wish she worked at a location in the west end. It's worth the drive to get your drinks made the right way EVERYTIME by her. CONSISTENCY is impeccable. 6 stars for Tammy!“
“Seriously, we go in here all the time. But this time was different. I got my 12 year old to order and she noticeably had anxiety, but Anton helped her through it and encouraged her to continue and that she did a great job.
I will continue to go to this location now because of Anton. It is hard to find good customer service these days!

“I like to have a large latte here for my caffeine intake. The first time I tried the food. I had a chicken and bacon sandwich heated. Would have liked lettuce, tomatoes, plus little mayo. I do not know if this is even an option, I missed out.“

“Went through the drive-thru. Drinks were ready quickly and the barista at the window helped me figure out how to use my mobile coupon for 50% off a drink. Drinks were fresh, hot, and delicious.
Parking: At least 20 available spots within a short walk to the store.“

“The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. When they were delivered later things went perfectly. We will definitely be using them in the future! Amazing cookies and impeccable service. Thank you so much!“
