“At last I got the chance to eat at your sirport location. The food I ordered was so delicious. I ordered chao mien with hongkong soice sauce. At first I just want to taste it but I didnt realize that it was sp good and delicious as well. The staff, Maria was very accommodating and very nice to deal with. She is an asset to your company. “Food is ok in general. Unfortunately they are more worry asking you how is the food than in the actual service. I bet they came at least 10 times asking about the food. My glass of water was half empty most of the time. I’ve got a refilled once. At the end, we checked the bill and we’ve got charge PST- WTH? I cannot imagine how many other people got charges and didn’t even know! Not impressed! I like most of the food, fried chicken needs it more flavour. The rest was good!“

“Visiting friends in Edmonton from Vancouver and craving Chinese food, googling different options , we decided on Chan Can Wok . From the start, it was such a warm and wellcoming greeting from May.The care and attention she demonstrated not only to our table, but to every walk in and call in patron was above and beyond. As a business owner and operator of various ventures in vancouver for over 45 years, I still pay attention to good customer service so I can learn , demonstrate and practice that manner on on my clients . During our time, we started small talk with the nice couple next table to us which lasted over an hour ... I got to meet the most wonderful people.
My hosts in Edmonton are not too into chinees food (they prefer schinzls,potato salad, weisswurst , bratwurst and sourcrouts!) however they were so impressed with the quality of the food that they will highly recommend this establishment to their friends and family. What made it impressive was when the owner Jeff who also overseas the kitchen and his right hand man Tony mingled with customers and thanked everyone for their support.
I visit Edmonton approximately 6 to 7 times a year and I'm so looking forward to going back to Chan Can Wok and May better be on shift 😊.

“Absolutely the worst Chinese food I ever ate...so called chop suey was nothing but bean sprouts in a watery broth with a couple of shrimp tossed in, deep fried prawns were almost all batter, the same with chicken balls. You had to pry the obnoxious batter off to find a tiny morsel of meat. Egg rolls were the same battered attrocity. I couldn't find anything in them worth eating. I spent $125.00 on unedited garbage...NEVER AGAIN! S“

“5 Stars I had an issue with an Uber Eats order last night and the staff at Szechuan Paramount was fantastic. I accidentally placed a large expensive order and called immediately (within 1 minute). The person I spoke to was very understanding, confirmed that no food had been prepared yet, and told me it was okay to cancel. I canceled right away and then placed the correct smaller order, which was delicious as always. This restaurant really went above and beyond to help a customer in a stressful situation. “We heard about Towne chef from one of our friend ..we went to all the way north to south west then gateway blvd because we really wanted to try ..and we didn’t regret to drive that far as food was amazing and love the ambience..service was good too..when we meet someone who belongs to same city of back home we feel more comfortable ..I was delighted my server belongs to the same place ..great 10 out of 10“
