The food is good because it's fresh but beware, it's really slow. Especially, if you're ordering online and waiting for delivery, it's one of the slowest "fast food" restaurants. It takes almost an hour for food on some days.
My partner and I came to the A&W this afternoon and were blown away by the service in the drive thru- easily the best customer service. We ordered two chubby burgers using a coupon and though we had to pull forward to wait, the burgers were brought out within the allocated time and were fresh.
