Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. My food was hot and fresh. It even looked like the pictures behind the counter. I also asked for extra napkins and extra mayonnaise. They staff had no attitude about my request and they didn't charge me for it either. I have gone to that specific A&W many times, the service is polite, fast, accurate always delicious! No matter what time of day... Morning, afternoon or in the middle of the night. Because it is 24-hours folks!!!
Food is decent and seats are mostly clean. Customer service is subpar and need improvements. They don't seem to understand allergies and modifications. The only good thing is it's inside a convenience store and they seem to keep the place clean and tidy.Update: The crew person named, Ron is amazing at his job. His friendly, approachable, and makes sure he gets the orders right ??

Absolutely the best breakfast deal. We had a coupon, 2 breakfasts for 14.99. We each had 2 eggs, done perfectly, over easy, 2 sausages, 2 perfectly fried pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of toast with jam. The staff were friendly, fast and helpful. I couldn't ask for any better food and service, especially for the price. Even without the coupon it is a great deal. We will be back.
