I love A&W. but the service at the one on 97st in the PetroCanada is crap.. they are always rushing you through your order. And it never seems to be right! Like today I ordered a BLT chicken burger and wanted cheese added. Well i got the chicken burger with cheese and bacon, that’s it.. no lettuce no tomato and no sauce/mayo what’s so ever... also ordered chicken strips no dip in the bag ☹️.. It’s petty stuff but it’s extremely annoying..

I would like to commend Kyle for doing very good customer service when we did dine in this restaurant. He even gave my son a lollipop which I really appreciate. Common guys give this boy a raise!

She efficiently takes orders, makes helpful suggestions, and ensures everything is accurate. Customers have noted her care, especially in assisting older guests. The team and their management have also added more seating, with extra tables and chairs. Customers have praised the fresh food, quick service, and the classic root beer in a frosty mug, with many looking forward to returning for the burgers and cheese curds.
