“My mom and I went for supper on Thursday after spending the entire day at the hospital with a family member. Our waitress was absolutely exceptional. We returned again on Friday and were lucky to have the same waitress—once again, she went above and beyond. She generously comped our mocktails and even gave us a $20 gift card in case we needed to come back again. During such a stressful and emotional time, her kindness and compassion meant more than she’ll ever know. Being rushed to the city for a hospitalized family member is overwhelming, and this level of thoughtfulness was truly unexpected and deeply appreciated.“

“We went to the restaurant because were heard the Indian food was excellent. Our group sampled seven dishes and unanimously agreed that it was fantastic. The layers of flavours with the different spice combinations were incredible. The in-house made naan is out of this world. Harprit was a wonderful host, taking the time to explain to us what we were eating and it’s origin. Not something he likely does with everyone but was interesting to learn. Our server was also great. I’m a foodie, and a decent cook, and must say was very impressed with tonight’s dinner. Thanks again Harp!“

“Had a get-together with former colleagues at O2’s. The vibe was really chill and relaxing, and the staff were friendly. I tried the falafel pizza (vegetarian) and it was good. They also have pool tables and slot machines, and the Oilers game was on at the bar.

“Had a fantastic experience at Steels Cafe and Grill during the BX West Christmas party. This venue was an excellent choice for an afternoon business networking event, and it delivered on every level. The space is open, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of extra room. We were able to host our networking group off to the side, be energetic and conversational, and still not interfere with the regular flow of customers. At the same time, the restaurant maintained strong traffic, which speaks volumes about how well the space functions.

The food was outstanding. I had the Royal Burger, and it was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in the west end. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Looking around the room, it was clear the rest of the menu was hitting just as well with everyone at the table.

Location-wise, Steels is a great west-end spot with easy access and a welcoming atmosphere that works perfectly for business meetings, networking events, and group gatherings. The staff handled the crowd effortlessly and made it easy for our event to run smoothly.

If you’re looking for a place in Edmonton to host a networking event while enjoying excellent food and a spacious, functional venue, Steels Cafe and Grill is a strong recommendation. I would absolutely host another business event here.“

“Update. We ordered Swiss Chalet this time. Take out. Food was ready by the time we got there. It was busy but they helped as quickly as possible.

It's what you expect at Harveys. That's why it is a 5 star because it met all expectations of a Harveys. Expect they actually met have exceeded expectations as I put in a mobile order that only allowed me to say take out. But I wanted to dine-in. And the guy prepping the meal, asked me to have a seat and he'd bring the full order to the table.

My friend and I stopped by your location on the evening of June 13th and I just want to say thank you to the security guy that was working that night, he made us feel SOOOO comfortable and safe. When a drunk guy decided to join our table he kindly escorted him out after warning him of social distancing. He also cleaned off our table and asked us if we needed anything. I recently visited the Original Joe’s location and had one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, all thanks to our server, Amanda.
From the second we sat down, Amanda greeted us with a massive, genuine smile that immediately made us feel at home. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, checking in at the perfect moments to ensure our drinks were topped up and that we had everything we needed.
What really stood out was her knowledge of the menu. She gave us a fantastic recommendation for the Cajun Chicken Burger and even suggested adding jalapeños for an extra kick—it was spot on! Even though the restaurant started to get busy, she remained perfectly calm and professional, making sure our food arrived hot and exactly as ordered.
It’s rare to find a server who truly goes the extra mile to make your night special, but Amanda did exactly that. If you're heading to OJ's, definitely ask for her section“

The staff member at the front went above and beyond — he called the other store right away, had my order cancelled and refunded, and then personally made sure my food was prepared quickly at the correct location.
