The owner lady and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The girl serving us was also wonderful. she greeted us with a warm smile and great manners. “My mom is from Jordan and told me about this place her & my aunt found they love to get chai and for me I love to get matcha & It’s so hard to find a matcha place open past 9pm this place is open to almost midnight . I’d rate 8.5/10 for the matcha & I asked for it to be made with cream which made it really creamy I’d suggest that. Could be a tiny bit greener / more potent but compared to my recent visits like second cup & this bubble tea place for matcha Parama cafe definitely takes the cake price wise tooo really good make sure to tip because their prices are very nice I gave 20 and got back 13$ and some change if I remember correctly that’s 6$ something for a large matcha if I remember right so ofc I tipped when I get it other places 9$-13$ & up for a large is the average so that’s very generous pricing here at parama .“

“Just had an amazing foodie experience! ☕️ The matcha was perfection—smooth, earthy, and perfectly balanced. Tried the Italian Capicollo sandwich, which was packed with flavor, and the avocado toast was fresh and absolutely on point. Great service, cozy vibe—5/5 stars all around. Highly recommend!

“Beautiful cafe with delicious food! The owner (or one of the management) was very nice and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Our table tried a variety of desserts, and they all enjoyed it. I had the pistachio vanilla gelato and was very good.

The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, with great customer service and clear communication. We didn’t get a chance to try their brunch or baked goods this time, but judging by the amazing display and wide selection, we’ll definitely be back to explore more. Next time we will go straight to Coffee & Chocolate(CH Cafe) on Stony Plain Rd. The are friendly, welcoming, and are happy to answer any questions that you may have.“

If you like quality coffee and made well, you will not want to give this place a miss.Nina, who is the owner, does not compromise on the quality and the service. The furniture and décor is deliberately simple so there are no distractions to savoring your coffee and food with conversation and good music.My wife and I have tried a few snacks but our favorite is the Krempita. This delicious Balkan pastry square feels light and has just the right amount of sweetness. The Panini sandwiches are also very good and just about the right size for a light lunch or brunch.Excellent coffee, excellent music and excellent service.Thank you Nina!

Parking: Weekend parking works to about 75 cents an hours. We usually park on the street on 105 Ave, either in front of the cafe or across by the Archives Museum.

Was craving for pizza so decided to try it out here. It was our first time.
Chef, Alessandro was very kind and helpful to me when I asked him about pizza suggestions based on my dietary needs.
We ordered Four cheese mushroom and vegetarian pizza.
Served hot and fresh, both pizzas had unique flavour. It was delightful to eat here!
Staff were friendly and polite.
The place wasn’t busy at all so it was good to sit down quietly and enjoy our food.

Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options to choose from. There is always a choice to substitute chicken or meat.

Parking: Italian centre is in the plaza so tons of free parking in the plaza.

Kid-friendliness: Great choices for kids to choose from. They have great variety of sandwiches on their menu.“

“Came across this when visiting Canada Place. It's towards the back of the food court, so a little hidden. Was greeted by the owner as I walked by. He politely introduced all the pizzas that were on display. If a full individual size ($8.95) is too much for you, they do offer a half portion ($5.00), which I chose. It was hot , fresh , and delicious. The owner was very pleasant and friendly. Great price for downtown office building. Highly recommend.“

“We came here in the late morning. The cafe was semi-busy and filled with a bunch of people but there was still ample room for us. They have a bunch of things on their menu: from sandwiches, a large assortment of baked goods, and of course coffee and tea. It's a nice breakfast spot with alot of options.

We ordered the Tuna Fish and Chips, a Pistachio Rose croissant, and we got two matchas. I got the Strawberry Matcha with oat milk and my boyfriend got the regular matcha.

I really liked the food that we ordered. Upon first glance, the Tuna sandwich looked small but I was surprised by how much filling it had. The tuna salad filling inside was absolutely delicious. Also all their pastries in the display looked beautiful, but once I locked eyes with the Pistachio Rose croissant, it was over lol. It was splendid. The nutty and floral notes combined with the flaky, light, buttery texture of the croissant? Chef's kiss. And not only this, but the croissant had a pistachio filling inside! That croissant really was the gift that keeps on giving.

However the Strawberry Matcha downgraded the overall experience for me. I don't know if it's the combination of oat milk and not enough matcha flavor, but I couldn't stomach my drink. It tasted like too much milk, barely any matcha, and the strawberry syrup. I honestly felt a little nauseous and I was forcing myself to drink it because I paid for it. I felt bad and didn't know if I could ask if they could remake it. I only drank 25% of my drink then tossed it in the trash. My boyfriend's matcha was infinitely way better and what a matcha latte should taste like. He tried mine and said that the strawberry matcha he ordered two weeks ago was way better, which is why he recommended it today.

I wouldn't order the Strawberry Matcha just because it's a gamble depending on who's making it and what it will taste like, but I'd order a regular matcha or latte instead. Loved the food though, and the ambiance was so pretty inside.“

“I've been here 3 times while visiting Edmonton over the last few months. I have always had a great time, good music, good vibe. Doesn't get super packed which like, you can always find somewhere to sit or hang out without feeling squashed. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Edmonton!“

“Just had the best experience at the KB&Co Newcastle last night. My friend and I went there at 4:30 to hang out, and didn't end up leaving til 7:30, and they closed at 7. The food was great (we had dill soup and chili tacos, and I think I had a peach smoothie), and obviously it was cozy enough that we spent 3 hours there. And the lone server who was there was nice enough to let us stay past closing. Not only that, but when we finally left (we were the only ones there), she came out to say goodbye and gifted us with some samples of these peanut butter nanaimo bars she'd just made. I didn't get her name but I hope the owners see this review and know that she was awesome.“

“The one and only complaint I have is that they sell decaf. Bonnie saved my life today. I switched our subscription temporarily as we were going through more than usual, and when I switched back I somehow chose decaf. Decaf!?! It just isn't sustainable make-go juice. I emailed right away to see if we could exchange it after it arrived, but Bonnie managed to switch it out for me just in the much of time before Canada Post got there. Life. Saver. Ever since we've started using Transcend beans, other coffees just don't taste the same. It's definitely the favorite in this home. I haven't had a roast I don't like yet!“

“Work in this building. The two atrias are very well kept and nice to sit in normally when the pandemic is not on. There's a dry side with tons of tropical plants and a wet side that also has tropical plants but also a fish pond and waterfall. Very lovely building“

“I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a cherry ice tea. The grilled cheese sandwich was delicious. The bread is not too hard to bite on, which is good. The cherry ice tea is also good. It may be too sweet to other people, but I personally find it not too sweet. Highly recommend this place!“
