I got supper here last night, when they gave me my order immediately it was wrong. I asked for sushi & they gave me spring rolls, told them & they switched it out no problem. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I got home I was given rice instead of noodles. He asked me if I wanted rice or noodles to which I said I wanted noodles, he asked me if I wanted skinny or thick & said skinny is ramen so I said skinny. Ordered sumo beef and shrimp. They made chicken and beef. Told them it was wrong then said they'd fix. They picked out the chicken and half the beef and gave it back to me. Most the beef was taken out now. They burned the shrimp while doing this and refused to make new ones. I'd give this zero stars if I could. No attempt to make it right. Got their $50 for a couple of plates of rice, slivers of beef, and a bottle of iced tea. Worst Edo I've ever been to and does the brand a disservice...read full review

Lady at the till was fantastic but the cooks they didn’t clean their hands before cooking then proceeded to serve me chicken that had already been cooked and when I asked they said it was fresh even though I had not seen them cook fresh chicken. They were also really combative saying our chicken is fresh by grabbing their chicken container with no gloves. I also see them cook other peoples food without cleaning their hands after using their phones no sanitation whatsoever.
