“Our apt building was being sprayed for the dreaded bedbugs, which meant we had to vacate for at least 5 to 6 hrs. Having 3 cats, we loaded them into the cloth lrg dog crate and parked them just outside the apt window. We went to Pappas, which is convinently close, which meant we could keep an eye on the crate from the resturant and told them of our dilema. They had absolutely no problem with us spending the hrs in their establishment, until we could reenter our building. The biggest thank you is the least we could do. The food there is really really good, very large portions, and very calming atmoshpere. Thanks ever so much once again.“

“I went there not too long ago looking to spend rewards I earned on my OneCard and this place did not disappoint. Even though I had some issues with my onecard, the employee was very patient and polite. Exceptional customer service and great quality food for a fast food place. Quick and easy, very fast service. 10/10 would recommend.“

“This is about the 6th time I’m eating food from this restaurant and it hasn’t disappointed. Their Swahili delicacies are mouth watering and in huge portions. The wait time between ordering and receiving the food is a bit long though it makes sense as the food is freshly cooked.
The female washroom could use some improvements in my opinion. The sinks have very strong taps that splash water everywhere if you aren't careful, and the toilet stalls are a bit narrow and tight, even for a medium-sized person.“

This was our final meal in Edmonton before flying home in the afternoon.
We actually stopped to eat here about 4 years ago during our previous visit to Edmonton.
This diner has an old-school vibe upon walking in. It wasn’t super busy and we got seated right away without waiting.
The wait staff was friendly and attentive. They were always ready to top off our coffee cups!
The food is typical diner fare and it was decent. The portions were very generous and our group was quite full after our meal.
I ordered the bacon and eggs since I wasn’t feeling super hungry at the time. The hash browns were good, but not crispy enough. The coffee was decent, too.
Overall, we enjoyed our final brunch of our trip. Since this restaurant is on the way to the airport, we would likely stop here again the next time we come back to Edmonton!“
